The team comprises of an enthusiastic group of swim teachers and coaches all certified from internationally recognised training centers such as the National Institute for Sports, Austswim and American Swimming Coaches Association. NAC fosters engaging learning environments to enable continuous professional development.
Partha is responsible for all swimming streams and program development. At the core he is a swim educator and program designer. Prior to this he was a Coaching Director at the State Swim, Adelaide, Australia. More recently he was mentoring swimmers of Indian national team at the World championship.
Niroop leads the Competitive Swimming program along with professional development of trainers. Niroop is a trained lifeguard, certified teacher, and an expert in competitive swimming. He began his journey as a Swim Teacher at Balavana Swimming Pool, Puttur where he became the Head Coach before joining NAC.
Malavika leads the Learn to Swim and Waterpolo Programs. After a stint with the corporate life, she pivoted to become full-time swim teacher. She is an international water polo player having represented India at the Asian Games 2010. She is also a FINA water polo referee and currently the only woman referee in the country.
