No Refunds

All fees paid for services, programs, or memberships at the Nettakallappa Aquatic Centre are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances.

  • Inability to attend classes or sessions.

  • Injury or illness.

  • Unsatisfactory performance or results.

No Cancellations

Once a payment has been made, it is considered final. We do not permit the cancellation of a paid service or membership.

Non-Transferable Fees

All paid fees are non-transferable. This means that a fee paid by one individual cannot be transferred or credited to another individual.

No Batch Transfers or Extensions

In line with our Terms and Conditions, we do not offer any batch transfers or extensions for missed sessions or classes.
